Very sorry to see good hotel turning into subpar

When I stayed here 4 years ago it was an amazing hotel. Now, rooms are smelly (smoke and sewers), bed is terrible, and breakfast is nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Terlik de eksikti. Söyleyerek getirdiler. En kötüsü 10 kasımda konaklama a rağmen otelde ısıtma sistemi yoktu. Klimalar soğukta açıktı. Eşim dondu. İlave yorgan istedik. 2 defa arayarak zorla getirdiler. Banyoda sabun şampuan bitikti. Kahvaltı vasattı. Nevresimler lekeliydi. Her yerde saç kılları vardı. Tek kelime ile berbattı. Hilton adına kesinlikle yakışmayacak bir oteldi.

Odalar çok pis , sigara kokuyor, odada duş bile alamadık, banyo pis , banyo zemininde önceki konaklamadan saçlar kalmış , gider ağzında birikmiş Odalarda ağır bir koku hakim , Oda tipi seçtiğimiz gibi gelmedi, ek yatak geldi oda çok küçük olduğu için odada bulunan koltuk dışarı çıkarıldı Tamamen fiyasko Tek iyi olan sabah kahvaltıda çalışan servis personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi

Ne yazık ki Hilton adını taşıyamayacak kadar kötüydü otelin odası. Yerlerde halıflex olması, banyo kapısının kırık dökük olması, odanın, bizden önce kalanların yediği antep fıstığı kabuklarını görünce temizlenmediğini anlamamız çok zor olmadı. Otel personeli ilgiliydi ve güler yüzlüydü fakat odası çok kirliydi ve eşyalar eskiydi. Hilton adını haketmiyor bence. 3 yıldızlı bir otel gibiydi. Bir daha kalmamamız gerektiğini öğrenmiş olduk.

Sadece hilton garden in adından dolayı inanlar oteli görmeden rezervasyon yaptırıyor. kaldıgım odada havalandırma ve Tv çalışmıyor, otel odaları bakımsız. duş dispanerinde şanpuan yok. asansörler pis. banyolardaki havlular eski havlu. Kahvaltıda 10 dak. ekmek gelmesini bekledik. Ödedigin paranın yarı hizmetini ve yarı karşılıgını alamadım. kesinlikle tavsiye etmem. aynı ücretlere daha otelleri tavsiye ederim. Hilton Garden İn adına kanmayın.

Absolut keine 5 Sterne wert

Leider war ich mit dem Hotel überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Die 5 Sterne sind ein Witz. Schon der Empfang war ziemlich frostig. Im Gegensatz zum Zimmer: Das hatte fast 30 Grad. Und die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht. Zurück zur Rezeption: Die Klimaanlagen werden erst im Mai angeschaltet, da könne man nichts machen (in der Lobby funktionierten sie sehr gut). Leider konnte man das Fenster auch kaum öffnen, schlafen war schwierig. Das winzige Restaurant war auch ein Witz. Die Umgebung war hässlich und vor allem durch 6spurige Straßen an 2 Seiten geprägt (Lärm). Das Frühstück war gut. Direkt vorm Haus war eine Taxi-Stelle - auch gut. Die Zimmer hätten alle Pflege nötig gehabt, ganz frisch wirkte da nichts mehr.

bir gecelik konaklama yaptık . banyoda tozlar duruyordu ama asıl sorun camlar. dışardaki bütün ses odanın içinde bizim şansımıza müzik severim ama 4 saat aynı müzik olunca kulak tırmalıyor.sanki gençler bir arabaya oturmuş aynı parçayı dinliyorlar buda odadan duyuluyor.

Pansiyon kıvamında otel

Otel değil pansiyon havasında bir odaydı. Resepsiyon u aradım. Tüm odaların bu şekilde olduğu hatta bu odanın iyiler arasında olduğu bilgisi verildi. Mobilyalar çok eskimiş. Terlik bile alelade. Tek artısı ısınma iyiydi. Kahvaltı bile yapmadan çıktım.

İdare eder, kötü değil ancak Hilton ismine aldanma

Asansör problemi var. Koca otelde sadece 2 adet ve pandemi şartlarında 2 kişi binilmesi gerekirken uzun süre beklememek için insanlar küçücük kabinde 4 kiş bindiler. Personel iyi niyetli ancak seçilmiş değil Hilton isminin ağırlığı yok
