I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Silay Hotel and would happily recommend it to others visiting Ankara. The location is excellent, convenient and well-situated for getting around the city, with easy access to nearby services and transport. My room was very clean and well maintained throughout the stay, which made it comfortable and relaxing. The check-in staff were especially welcoming and professional, creating a positive first impression with their friendly and helpful demeanor. I also want to highlight the cleaning staff, who were consistently kind, respectful, and attentive. The hotel is very centrally located, staf was helpful, they've changed our room for free for more suitable our staying. We had two rooms and both need serious renovation. Bathroom not big but enough exept toilet.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Hotel offered free valet parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to places to eat. I had no issues during my stay.

The room was comfort and the people on the reception was nice I didn’t notice my check in was over and they didn’t tell me to pay them after one day they spoke, also the people who clean was sooo nice, I only had one problem with the network for one day but then they fixed it, the breakfast was delicious

Our stay is just ok , the overall arrive is quite good and friendly. Even the staff does not speak English well but they are still helpful; however, the Air conditioning is horrible. We sometimes could not sleep in the night. We opened all the windows to get some cool air but outside is also noisy. Hopefully they can make a note for this.

Hotel temperature and WiFi = Bad...

The Hotel is located in a good area with plenty of restaurants and night life within walking distance (2-5min). I was however disappointed with the fact that the central heating was so warm. The room I had does not allow one to adjust the temperature to your personal preference, this caused the room to be very warm which made it difficult to sleep. I complained about this at reception and all they said is that it is central heating and cannot be adjusted. The WiFi also does not work in the room and this forces you to go downstairs every time to check messages on your phone and do work on your laptop. Both these issues should be standard requirements for guests to make your stay enjoyable!

bedsheets looked used. i asked front desk to change it. i also noted theres no clothes hanger in the room so asked them to bring a couple so i can hang my clothes. i received a call from frontdesk "Bahar" yelling at me. she literally asked me to "bring my own" bedsheets from home and to "never to come back" again if i think sheets are dirty. i checked out immediately. booked in different hotel. for all honesty this is my second time here, and my prior stay was good. also they are on the cheaper side but not that cheap.

Location was great..... Its a pity that reception can't speak english.... Room was clean but the smell of cigarette was too much.... It is a good choice to stay for a few days . Down was a nice coffeeshop with Arezoo. Very kind with a delicious tea:)

The doors to the rooms needed to be slammed in order to be fully closed, in which was extremely disturbing especially at night when I was trying to sleep. The breakfast was also under par. The smell of the burnt cooking oil was coming all the way to the 8th floor.
