The hotel and rooms were clean as were the public spaces. Great gym and gorgeous pool. Also, we arrived early in the morning and they were very accommodating to allow early check-in. Super nice coffee shop around the corner (“Coffee Gate”). Overall great and especially for the price.

An excellent stay at the Divan Ankara. Hakan Bey was stellar. Fitness center, food and coffee were perfect. Staff is 5-star. This hotel sets the standard for hotels in Turkey and Europe. Highly recommended.

I usually use Divan Ankara and Istanbul when on business triips, it was the first time for private reasons. We had two rooms reserved and were at the hotel at 1 pm. Knowing check in is at 2 pm we asked to board one room (the one with two children) a little early in order just to drop off luggage. If there is no room to be boarded at that time we fully understand, no problem at all, but two people checked in a few minutes later than us and were able to board a room immediately... Primus inter pares:)

The hotel was very nice, but expensive. Also the Expedia website showed breakfast availability during the booking process, and when we check in, there was no breakfast included. That a confusing for customers. I am not happy with Expedia this time.

Divan is a very well known and top-notched hotel chain in Turkey that stood the test of time. we had stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had been extremely satisfied In 2025 we initially booked Divan Hotel for one week while my 80 year-old parents were going through regular health check ups in nearby private hospitals, which led to two important emergency operations. We eventually extended our stays to 19 days and booked one more room for my kids. Staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable during this difficult time. The peaceful atmosphere of the hotel, truly amazing food (kudos to the chef), cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, very well functional g AC ( which is not a given for hotels below five stars in Turkey), and amenities like a great gym and spa provided a refuge to the whole family while we tried to cope with serious health challenges. Most of the time we ate at the hotel to ensure the quality and the hygiene of our meals. Their breakfast buffet is truly exceptional, I highly recommend the breakfast included option for your stay, it is worth it.we were very pleased with the options provided in the menu for other meals, which include traditional Turkish dishes with a hint of creativity from our chef. The bottom line is that I would highly recommend divan Hotel. Enjoy your stay.
