Great hotel with an awesome view

We stayed 3 nights . We were checked in early which was very much appreciated as we had been travelling all night. The room had a fridge , modern bathroom and good aircon. Theres a room service app that we didnt use but would be excellent if you stopped in. Large windows giving fantastic views of the mosque. Helpful staff , decent breakfast . Would reccomend it. Great price as well. A 3rd of what we would pay in the uk.

It was the worst hotel that I went before, don't go there .. it's dirty , nothing working like shower and some elecriticity, no air conditioner, dust everywhere and breakfast was so limited ..

The bed and the rum was in bad shape and very dirty.I really didnt like sleeping in those beds. bathroom was okey. The hygien was really bad,and breakfest was like nothing they even sold water at breakfest.will not recommend this to anyone.

Owners should invest in their property.

Staff is caring and helpful. Facility needs cleaning. Plumbing and grouting of the tiles are in bad shape. Floor of the rooms need thorough cleaning. The bed head rest are oily and unclean. The beddings smell.

In the picture the hotel looks so neat and nice. We were welcomed with a cup of tea. The hotel room card had a malfunction. Every time you went in and out the card reader kept making 4 or 5 high pitched beeps. When I reported this to the reception, I was told that they would fix it but nothing was done. They also had no other room available. 2nd problem, the toilet lid did not stay up, so it kept hitting your back when you were sitting. Furthermore, no buffet but a standard plate with cheese, jam and olives and other. The tea was really tasty.

Beim einchecken wollte man mir ein Zimmer geben was ich nicht gebucht habe. Betten waren alt und unbequem. Fußboden war nicht sauber, der kleine Kühlschrank hat nicht gekühlt. Kein Toilettenpapier und Seifen haben nicht geschäumt. WC Deckel war kaputt lag einem am Rücken solange man darauf saß. Das Frühstück war sehr mangelhaft und das Besteck sah sehr unhygienisch aus, teilweise Essensreste. Für kurze Zeit zum übernachten ok aber ich persönlich würde nicht nochmal dort übernachten.

Çorba + kahvaltı tabağı doyurucu ve yeterliydi. Otopark ciddi sorun otel konaklayanı da olsanız hemen yapışıyorlar. Yatak kırıktı idare ettik, odalarda küçük böcek sorununu acilen çözmeleri gerekiyor, klima yeterliydi. Çalışan emekçi insanlar iyi ve güler yüzlü.

Die Unterkunft ist praktisch gelegen, Bahnhof und Altstadt liegen in fußläufiger Entfernung. Sie ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das Bad in unserem Zimmer war allerdings renoviert. Einige Stellen im Zimmer wirken etwas dreckig. Das Frühstück ist zufriedenstellend. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und engagiert. Preis-Leistung passt.

Otelden öte, otelin bulunduğu muhiti hiç sevmedim. Bana tekin gelmedi. Çevredeki binaların çoğu mekruh. Geceleyin sokak köpekleri sokağı ele geçirmiş durumdaydı. Otelde ufak tadilatlar yapılmış olmakla birlikte, odadaki eşyalar eskiydi. Klima ve buzdolabı çalışır durumdaydı. Banyo fena olmamakla birlikte, özellikle gider çevresinde temizlik eksikliği vardı. Temizlik yapan personel sabahları temizlik yaparken, odaların önünde rahatsız edecek şekilde yüksek sesle konuşuyordu. En kötüsü bulunduğum katı ben odadayken ilaçladılar ve ilaç kokusu tüm odamı sardı. Kahvaltı tabak şeklide veriliyordu. Basit paket gıdalar şeklindeydi. Fotoğraflarını gönderiyorum. Personelin hiçbirinden kabalık görmedim. Genellikle kibar davrandılar. Personel oteli ayakta tutmak için inanılmaz çaba gösteriyordu. Özellikle mutfak çalışanlarının çabasına şahit oldum. Genel olarak otelin muhitini sevmediğim için parasını ödediğim halde otelden erken ayrıldım

Rezervasyon yaptığınız odayı başkasına satarak başka odamız yok diyerek küçük oda gösteriyorlar gecenin bir yarısı mecbur bırakılıyorsunuz. Hiç tavsiye etmem. Odaya geçerken açık kapı don gömlek yatan kişileri görüyorsunuz ki birde aile oteli diyorlar.

Kaldığımız odada klima veya herhangi bir soğutucu yoktu.Küçük bir pencere arka taraftaki fırının çatısına bakıyordu.Gece boyu odada nefes alamadık ve gece boyu odaya fırından gelen koku ve seslere maruz kaldık.Çok kötü bir gece geçirdik. Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu.

Otel deneyimim çok geçti. Öncelikli otel çalışanları güleryüzlüler. Odalar gayet temiz ve düzenliydi. Banyo beklediğimden daha temizdi. Yatak gayet konforlu, çarşaf ve kılıflar temizdi. Fiyat performans açısından çok iyiydi.
