"Honestly, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at. The staff were absolutely amazing and there was nothing you could do that was a bother. On arrival we were greeted by Nikhil who swiftly had drinks sent our way and our rooms checked in, all while we were able to relax on the sofas. Genuinely the best check in experience I’ve ever had. He was our main point of contact after this, making sure we always knew where to go, what to do and made sure we were looked after at all times. It really felt like a VIP experience. Outside of this, the hotel was great, an amazing spa and fantastic restaurants. Huge thanks to the team as they really went above and beyond. Can’t recommend enough."

"Our 2-night stay at Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt warm, seamless, and truly luxurious. A special mention to Isha for her incredible help and patience during check-in. She made us feel welcomed and at ease right away, setting the tone for the rest of our stay. The hospitality extended throughout the property was outstanding. Bagwant from the security team stood out for his courteous and attentive approach, always greeting us with a smile and ensuring everything felt safe and comfortable. We also deeply appreciate Haydin, the duty manager, who handled an issue we encountered with remarkable efficiency and professionalism, it was resolved so quickly that it barely disrupted our experience. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views, beautifully maintained spaces, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere that makes it hard to leave. Every detail, from the rooms to the service, reflects the high standards you expect from Taj. Overall, it was a memorable stay, made even more special by the wonderful team.
