Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.」

「Nothing like it was advertised online and especially for the price I was definitely over charged truthfully these rooms are worth about on 30 bucks or so I paid wayyyyy more, my Ac did not work my Tv did not work, my room was very hot and uncomfortable. I tried contacting staff for a refund or discounted rate and no one has contacted me at all. If you are looking for nice high quality do not stay here!! This is an old motel that is not worth the price that Expedia advertises it as. Definitely...

「My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.」
