Helpful and friendly receptionists.
"Overall it was a pleasant stay in the hotel, it was very quiet in the area but the facilities were very good. In particular Phuong and Minh on reception were very helpful. Great place to stay
"Met all the basic requirements. Nice setting on the lake with a view of the tea hills. You’ll be offered a boat tip to tea island. I didn’t go. The dorm room is in a pretty neat stilt house."
