The one area that falls short: food options. For a resort this remote (and this caliber), two restaurants and a café isn’t enough. The main restaurant is Italian and genuinely good, but there’s no variety, minimal healthy or gluten-free alternatives, and given the location, you’re not really leaving the property for meals. Todos os hotéis em que fiquei havia gerador para suprir banho quente, conectividade e o básico para os hóspedes, mas a pousada Cruzoé não tem gerador. Tive que tomar banho frio em 2 das 3 noites que fiquei na pousada. O café da manhã é bem simples. Simples demais para uma diária de 500 reais! Poucas opções de frios e bolos, ovos mexidos frios e salsicha barata. O pão francês parecia caseiro e estava bom. Já o suco era um horror. Não parecia...

"The room was clean and functional, the staff were helpful, and the breakfast was good. The property is right on the beach, which is nice. Unfortunately that section of beach is the main thoroughfare to the late night bars at that end of the beach. We had the noise of the bars and patrons until about 5 in the morning. The beachfront rooms would not be ideal for light sleepers."
