Deixou a desejar!

Nossa decepção inicial foi a forma que fomos atendidos no Check in. Nos solicitaram a efetuar o pagamento da estadia logo que chegamos (50% já havíamos feito na reserva). Sinal de internet e bem ruim la por se tratar de uma ilha, e mesmo com o Wi-Fi do local não estávamos conseguindo fazer a transferência. Pedimos para nos acomodar enquanto tentávamos transferir e negaram dizendo que primeiro teríamos que fazer o pagto . Tive que encontrar alguém disponível na minha família pra fazer esse pagamento senão não entraríamos no quarto. Dos três dias que ficamos hospedados, em nenhum nos serviram algo diferenciado..o bolo sempre o mesmo e até parecia que esquentavam o mesmo bolo todos os dias cedo. Numa noite após o jantar pedi um café e veio nitidamente requentado. Solicitei a devolução e perguntei se poderiam fazer um café na hora para o grupo (15 pessoas), me trouxeram um bule minúsculo de café e me cobraram R$10,00...valor que daria pra fazer café para todo pessoal. Toalhas e tapete do banheiro nunca era trocado. Inclusive nossa amiga que estava em outro quarto pediu uma toalha seca (por conta do tempo úmido, mesmo colocando no varal as toalhas não secavam), cobraram dela R$15,00. Ou seja, cobraram um serviço que eles deveriam oferecer sem precisar solicitar. Num jantar quebramos uma taça e nos cobraram R$50,00. Me decepcionei! Saímos chateados! Ali na vizinhança tem outras pousadas mais acolhedoras, ambiente mais leve e energia melhor. Não recomendo!
