Nice and quaint

Amazing stay. Staff was very friendly and super helpful. Rooms were clean, good breakfast, and we could store our luggage at the front desk during the day which was nice!

Property was centrally located but there's not much around the hotel unless you go to the port and go to one of the islands. Breakfast is average, and there is no parking on premise, but there are a lot of places to park around the hotel, within walking distance. The beds were hard! I usually enjoy that due to back problems, but these were next level hard.

Equipe do hotel muito simpática e atenciosa. Café- manhã diverso com várias opções de pão, bolos, sucos e frutas, ovos, bata doce e até rabanada feita quentinha todos os dias. Destaque para a limpeza do hotel, banheiros e roupa de cama impecáveis. Hotel localizado bem no centro, próximo ao comércio e ao cais. Transporte público próximo. Muito bom

Gostamos bastante do hotel. Sem luxo mas com hospitalidade e bem no centro comercial da cidade. Os funcionários são muito gentis, atenciosos e cordiais. Fomos muito bem recebidos e bem atendidos. O café da manhã é gostoso com produtos fresquinhos. Quanto ao quarto tem um tamanho bom, mas o banheiro é bem pequeno e o box apertado. Mas isso não nos atrapalhou durante a estadia. Fomos para passar o ano novo e no dia 31 chegamos no quarto e sobre a cama havia bombons, taças, um espumante e uma mensagem desejando feliz ano novo. Uma gentileza que nos impactou pois não era algo que estávamos esperando. Enfim, recomendo o Palace Hotel e numa próxima oportunidade, me hospedarei la novamente

Ótimo hotel, bem no centro da cidade, fizemos quase tudo a pé. Cama boa, ar condicionado, tv com diversos canais de filme. Só o box que é um pouco pequeno mas o chuveiro estava excelente. Tem uma área de churrasqueira coberta que pode ser usada pelos hóspedes, eu e minha familia adoramos. Café da manhã bem simples mas gostoso, senti falta de variar algumas opções pois dos 7 dias que fiquei era a mesma comida. Funcionarios super simpáticos, animados, atenciosos. Com certeza voltaria para esse hotel!

Só conseguimos entrar no quarto meia hora após o horário determinado para o check-in. A justificativa foi que os ocupantes anteriores não voltaram e tiveram que tirar as coisas deles. Mas uma funcionária revelou que havia outro quarto vazio que poderíamos ter ocupado. O quarto é bom, com exceção do banheiro, extremamente apertado. O café da manhã possui muitas opções de pães e bolos.

Estadia razoável

Razoável, o ar condicionado era muito barulhento, quarto bem pequeno para três pessoas , não possuía tomadas suficientes, eram apenas uma no quarto e outra no banheiro, não possui elevador, e também no anúncio está dizendo que tem estacionamento disponível, isso não é verdade, apenas nas informações adicionais está falando da taxa diária de 30 reais, teria que deixar em um estacionamento em outra rua, enfim, deixamos o carro na rua mesmo. Café da manhã bom, o restaurante é ruim, local muito abafado. O atendimento é bom, as pessoas foram muito gentis. Local bem simples, não sei os demais quartos, mas não gostamos do nosso.

Hotel bom para o preço, quarto bom, café bom, bem limpo, um pouco de barulho dos vizinhos (ar-condicionado industrial do vizinho) barulho de carros da avenida, mas tudo bem. Mas ficar sem Tv foi complicado, a Tv é via internet que caia toda noite, fiquei 6 noites sem Tv, o dono disse que já estava sem Tv há 15 dias e não fez nada. Decepcionante..
