We had to sleeps both windows open with one that did open at the top, Meaning we had to sleeps both windows as it was very hot with a window all open. "To say that the photographs of the apartment were misleading would be a misuse of the term. Totally mis-representational would be more appropriate (it was a completely different space). On arrival, there was no-one there to give us keys and no-one answered the phone when we tried repeatedly to call. "It is an excellently located hotel. It is extremely tidy and clean. In terms of what can be improved, the rooms are a bit dated in my view but bedding and size of rooms are excellent. The bar could be more atmospheric and less functional, and the gym is extremely basic (less of an issue in a place like Annecy which is a dream for fitness in general). Overall, it’s an excellent choice for Annecy."
