The cleanliness was on point and the cleaning lady was really nice. Reception was alright, but I had to wait 2 days for someone to come and fix the shower cable, after I had told them 3 times. Even after the shower cable was ‘fixed’ though, there was still water coming out of the shower plate, which developed a small flooding each time I would shower. That, I had told them too. They did offer another room, but I was staying just for 3 nights, so I declined. Okay, in the overall.

Non 4 stelle ma ottimo personale

Ci sono 4 stelle e 4 stelle. Si tratta di un albergo a Andria che non è proprio il massimo della modernità. Le stanze sono essenziali e l’arredo è un po’ vecchio. Sicuramente la situazione COVID non ha aiutato e dunque c’era un servizio essenziale sia a cena che a colazione. La nota davvero positiva è il personale, molto gentile e premuroso.

We were in this area for a wedding and thought the pictures of Cristal Palace looked nice. We were very disappointed. The city is bleak, and the halls and rooms of the hotel are dark and sterile without any comfort or decoration. It reminded me of a hospital. They put a lot of work into making the photos online look much nicer than the actual hotel. I did not want to stay here at all, so we ended up paying for the hotel for two nights (the front desk did not offer any refund even though we left just ten minutes after arriving) and booking a lovely beachside hotel in Margherita di Savoia 25 minutes away. If you’re reading this, you should do the same!

Pulizia, disponibilità, peccato per l'aspiratore..

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte in questo hotel nel centro di Andria in seguito ad un matrimonio. Grande punto a favore la reception 24/24 h che ci ha consentito di fare il check-in verso mezzanotte senza alcun problema. Sia il receptionist che il proprietario hanno mostrato grande disponibilità anche nell'accoglienza di una persona extra riadeguando la distribuzione nelle stanze. Hotel situato in prossimità del corso cittadino e quindi dei locali e della movida andriese. Nonostante l'aspetto anni 80, l'albergo si presenta bene e soprattutto con una pulizia impeccabile sia della stanza che della biancheria. Sono forniti accessori da bagno quali spazzolini, rasoio, saponette, shampoo e cuffia doccia. Stanze trovate con l'aria condizionata già in funzuone e comunque regolabile indipendentemente. Unico neo l'aspiratore non funzionante nel bagno cieco. Colazione continentale e periodicamente rimpinguata di cornetti. Check-out rapido. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare all'interno al.costo di 10€, non ho però usufruito del servizio avendo parcheggiato all'esterno.

Albergo che si presenta molto molto bene, personale cordiale e gentile e posizione ottima ci mancherebbe, il problema sono le camere e soprattutto il bagno, ci vorrebbe veramente poco per renderlo veramente bellissimo e si nota che non si fa quel salto di qualità che da un 4* ci si aspetta! Piatto doccia rovinato e rotto, idem per le crepe nel bidet e vicino il lavandino, bango minuscolo e camera fin troppo ampia... e poi le porte ancora con la chiave...mmmmmmmm
