「Hôtel magnifique Un joyaux à Bali 」

「I chose a nearby hotel because my family played fun diving in Padangbai. Although the location is very remote, the scenery is very beautiful. Out of the room there is a large lawn, the grass front is the sea, living here is very comfortable. Staff are very courteous, the room is very spacious. If I come back to Bali, I will choose here again.」

「The room is good with this very low price. Staff are nice. Located near the beach which is relaxing. Not many shops and restaurant nearby, but you can get essential stuffs from the convenient stores along the street.」

「本人入住於2-5/4/2015，這次是我們一家五口第一次的旅遊。酒店整體是舒適和清潔的，唯一的問題是冷氣，我們租的是家庭式兩房套房，屋中三部冷氣只有一部是性能良好，其餘兩部是不夠凍。經過投訴後，可能清洗過隔塵網，有少許改善，怛仍然不足。Wifi上網一般，有好多時會繼線。由於是家庭式套房厠所是互通，但是其中一厠所門關了後無法打開，投訴後，要到第三天才能修理好。借用風筒，要通知三次，等了個半小時才有得用。毛巾嚴重欠缺，無論房間裏面和泳池，嚴重不足。房間裏面五個人只有三條毛巾。泳池要兩人用一條。」

「This is not a luxury hotel but the service and the attention to the customer needs is higher than a 5 star. So many small attention that you cannot find in other place. Just one small suggestion. You have great food, don’t try to give mistaked plate to your customer.」

「A family of 5 (3 teenagers). Villa was clean, beautiful with lots of charm. We loved the pool and outdoor area, and the staff were super helpful after a very long flight and taxi ride to get there. Is a little isolated up a hill but a beautiful location. The staff organised lunch to be delivered when we arrived which was delicious. Also helped organise a taxi for the next day. A nice walk through a jungle to get to Bia Tugel Beach. Stopped at Mimba Food Corner Restaurant on the way back for...

「We spent two weeks in Lombok and Bali. It was one of the best stays ever. The staff is very friendly (even the trainee did her job very well). They fulfilled our special requests. The floating breakfast and the romantic private dinner were great. We were satisfied. The privacy is fantastic.」

「Fantastic quiet spot (away from the crowded area like Kuta): prestine clear water; safe harbors waist height water (during low tides) perfect for beginners to swim and snorkeling (watershoes strongly recommended due to rocky bottom). Even high tide is only about 5 feet deep. Hotel resort has nice environment, spacious room and great price ($25 usd/night) during my booking.」
