「We got one of the rooms on the lower floor and it was obviously poorer quality than the photos above. The room was a smokers-beige and looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 80s. When we walked into the bathroom, there was long hairs on the floor (we both have short hair) and the blanket they gave us was literally just a sheet. Warning: the car park is very very tiny and scraping your car is likely. The staff is nice and the pool and gym was fantastic」

「You’re not able to get ice. Unless you want to blocks to a different hotel. They won’t bring it to you. Air conditioning was turned off. You had to sleep with the Windows open. It was extremely hot in the room. We had requested wake up and a taxi. And when we went downstairs, they said no taxes for today. It’s too early in the morning but we had to leave in the 630 bus. So we ended up having to walk 5 to 6 bucks with luggage at 5:15 in the morning. It was really terrible. Don’t book off-season...

「Very friendly desk manager. Called to make sure everything in the room was ok. We were just there one night and didn’t use much of the available facilities. Huge room and very well maintained. Wish we were in Andorra longer.」
