「We’ve used Hotels.com for years and have always had good experiences — until now. This particular booking was deeply disappointing. The apartment was nothing like the listing described, and certainly not worthy of the 5-star rating shown on the site. It was damp, smelled musty, and there were visible signs of moisture damage — possibly even mold. We tried to contact both the property and Hotels.com during the stay. 「It was fine. I purchased an apartment with two twin beds and was only given one full bed, and they didn’t make it right. The air conditioner was broken and I had to fix it myself. Be advised you are responsible for providing your OWN toilet paper and trash bags after the first one. They also do not supply enough towels. When they “clean” the room after a week stay, they only change towels, they DO NOT take out trash or actually clean. Pool is nice, but very limited hours. The rooms were...

「The apartment is one of many in the same block. Regrettably, it is unclear which photos refer to the apartment one is booking. For example they show a terraced area for dining but with no indication to which flat it refers. Also we reported that the TV did not work (or connect to the internet) on day one. By day four no one had repaired it. 」

「The properties is nice if you have kids, they have playground they also have a pool. They also have a small restaurant that is not always open. The space has a kitchen if you wanna make meals. It is located on the second floor and it’s not handicap accessible. The bathtub was hard to get in and out. Beds are not comfortable but they do have air-conditioning. Our flight was slightly delayed and we did not make it to the office before 12 so we had to sit there for 3 hours and wait until the office...
