U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. Lontano dal centro raggiungibile in auto o in bici fornite dall'hotel. Ottimo ristorante in cui una sera abbiamo cenato.
