Staff members were friendly, kind, and helpful-they helped us get our tours booked and additionally helped with transportation from the airport following a long flight. I enjoyed beginning each morning eating the delicious, made to order breakfast with a wide variety of fruit available as well. I would stay here again.」

「Basically you never make mistake when staying by NH Hotels. But this time, it was a mess. I made reservation thru Hotel.com and it shows breakfast included. When we check in at first day, staff asked us to pay for breakfast and we refused, ask them to check with Hotel.com. 2nd. day, staff asked us again to pay breakfast and we insist don't pay, it's problem between NH and Hotel.com.
