"The grounds were great. I loved the location by restaurants. The pool was old with some peeling paint, but being right next to Lake Erie made it super cool. The bed was too firm for my liking. I couldn't sleep at all. And the AC didn't work, so I cut my stay short. They offered me a different room because of the AC, but the bed was just too uncomfortable. They were kind enough to give me a refund for the second night. Would love to stay there again, if they got more comfortable beds."

"It’s a nice property. The only thing it’s lacking is good consistently working Wi-Fi. Had to use my own hotspot from my cell phone to be able to get any work done. Other than that though it’s fine, it’s very clean and they have a nice breakfast. Thanks."

"Best Western was amazing! Super clean. We stayed.in Room 210 and had a great.view of Lake Erie! The room was spotless with 2 chairs with ottomans,a dinette with chairs. Highly recommend!"

"The hotel was pretty nice, it could have been a little bit cleaner and some things needed attention. One of the windows near the hot tub had the screen just hanging half way off. No towels in the pool area, had to go ask for some. Our first morning, there was an issue with breakfast. The service was so slow, the hot food was empty, all the juice was empty except one, not much choices for bread, no cinnamon rolls. My husband had to go to the front desk to let them know everyone was just waiting for food. A manager did come and help and got more food out. The pancake maker was not working that morning either. The next morning was better. Overall we had a nice stay."
