Charming and rustic hotel - love the wood craftsmanship and wooden ship details. Beautiful sunset view from the upper loft above the restaurant. Very clean and simple rooms at a price not seen in the USA since about the 1980’s. Food was excellent and breakfast buffet well appointed. Definitely would stay here again if we return to Chiloe.

The ocean veiw is spectacular. The hotel is built over and adjacent to an old fort. The staff is helpful and attentive.

An old hotel that needs to be maintained and updated. Very small rooms, tiny bathroom, rooms without soundproofing, poor breakfast....not a 'comfortable' hotel to stay.

Le personnel est attentionné et courtois. L'hotel est quelque peu désuet mais c'est ce qui fait son charme. Il est situe sur les hauteurs d'Ancud avec une vue sur la baie.

Hôtel très beau et rustique avec une vue magnifique mais du coup un peu excentré du centre ville d'Ancud qui est une très jolie ville. Par les équipements n'étaient pas modernes, impossible d'éteindre le chauffage par exemple la molette étant cassée. Petit déjeuner vraiment de faible qualité et personnel peu compétent.

Tolles Hotel! Alles ist sehr schön und gemütlich, sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Restaurant. Die Lage ist super, man hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Mitarbeitenden waren allesamt sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Highlight war das riesige Frühstücksbuffet mit herzhaften und süßen Sachen. Wir wären gern länger geblieben!

Hotel bien ubicado pero muy antiguo y sin modernizar. Habitaciones pequeñas y baño sin mantenimiento y humedad ya que no cuenta con ventana ni extractor, por lo que tiene hongos.

Muy bello el lugar, los espacios comunes son limpios y confortables. No se puede esperar mucho del restaurant, pero si del desayuno. La atención del personal era espectacular, muy cordiales y serviciales.

Muy rico el desayuno. Lo único es que la habitación tenía olor a humedad. Sin embargo, estaba bien equipada con lo necesario. El baño estaba mojado desde antes. Lo demás todo bien con la decoración y la atención del personal.

Great breakfast buffet

This is a nice rustic hotel, certainly a bit older but fully functional. We spent a quiet night here. The breakfast buffet was a nice surprise. It's very nice. Not bad at all for a place close to the middle of nowhere :)
