This is a unique property in a lovely quiet and private bay. We spent 3 nights here but could have stayed longer. The staff are nice and helpful, the breakfast was great and though we didn't eat at the restaurant because we the menu only showed fish the chef will make pasta for non fish eaters. Be aware that if you eat at the restaurants in the hills above Portonovo the taxi fare is 75 Euro plus round trip.We highly recommend this property.

Great Hotel!

We loved our stay in this old fort. The hotel was clean and comfortable along with an interesting history. We had a little trouble finding it but the locals were very helpful in setting us on the right path.

Klart annorlunda och kul byggnad, nära till havet men stenigt och svårt att hitta ställe att ligga på. Prydligt men litet rum. Det som stör mest är priset i förhållande till nivån. Inget kaffe på rummet, 1 liten vattenflaska för 2 trots 3 dagar. Plastmuggar på rummet, ordinär frukost med bedrövlig ”juice”, lyhört med bröllop efter bröllop mm. För nästan 4000 kr per natt är det direkt dåligt.
