And I could be not nitpicking but in a hotel where germs are many the bathrooms should be extra. The gentlemen who works the front desk in the morning clearly hates his job. 「I have stayed at Hampton Inns in many different locations for many years. Some clearly better than others. This one was a standout. On the outskirts of of Tarpon Springs and it was pleasantly quiet which is a big concern of mine. Breakfast buffet /coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and the AC kept me cool. Staff was friendly.」

The inside area with the pool was absolutely what I was looking for with staying close to the beach, with palm trees and cute decor!! Great location to the main area in town and an extremely easy and fast walk to the beautiful beach and warm water. I will definitely stay there again」

「The rooms are spacious and beds comfortable. The balcony had a nice view of the pool and marina. There were plenty of towels at the pool and it was clean. The location is convenient to walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops. We liked having a refrigerator for dinner leftovers. The floor in the room was not cleaned well as we saw multiple long hairs strewn about. There was also shorter hairs on the desk chair.」
