「I keep coming back to this Best Western when I'm in Spartanburg. From comfortable bed, well appointed Breakfast Bar to small outdoor pool and clean rooms. Always a great stay.」

「Very dissatisfied with my stay . Cleaning lady never came for my 7 day stay. I had to take out own trash and sweep my own room. Also you cant sleep at night due to all the non - guest traffic. Had someone rev there engine loudly for 30 min intervals on and off for 4 hours finally blowing up his car right outside my room. Shower didn't drain from the start . Overall will not go back」

「This hotel was a disaster from the beginning. Its office hours are 11am - 7pm. I had to call someone to be able to check in! It had a big warning sign on the office window that if you backed in to your parking space you would be towed! My room only had two lights on the wall as I think the main light on the ceiling had been replaced with a smoke alarm. The room was very dim as one of the 2 lights was only 25 watts. None of the sinks or bathtub had a drain stopper. It had a full size...

「It was very impersonal from the time we checked in, and I had to speak to someone through a kiosk that was in the next room over and they did not speak very well English, so it was very hard for me. The bed was comfortable there were beetle bugs, crawling around the floor, which I flushed until the manager spray the room the next day. Overall would not stay there again.」

「Went for a softball tournament-terrible. The elevator didn’t work so we had to carry all the coolers, bags etc up stairs at the end of the hall- and only one end because they were painting the other stairwell. Pool was closed down so team couldn’t use that. The one washer was broken so we couldn’t wash uniforms. Tiny fridge that didn’t cool and knob was missing- no freezer or microwave in the room. Food and drinks weren’t cold, so had to use coolers, then carry up and down steps. Had to ask...

「First of all they wanted to copy my Drivers license which I polity said NO and because it was a third party booking they didn't copy my licence. When I asked for more towels they must of thought I was going to steal them, because I had to turn in you dirty ones before they would give me clean ones. I normally do stay in a Patels hotels but I had no choice this time, My lawyer said not to ever give them my licence to copy,,, EVER」

「The carpet on the second floor was smelly and the breakfast consisted of only bread and cereal.」

「The interiors have been updated recently. Our room was nice, but there was mildew on the grout next to the shower. I noticed a little mouse feces on the bedspread before we left. When we were there, the front breezeway was stripped down to steel beams, so it must have been next on the list for an upgrade. The breakfast was good, but would have liked some bacon as an option to sausage links.」
