"Good location! Right in front of Plaza Mayor. Horrible service, if there is any! The front desk is so ignorant and careless about the request from the guests. Really comfortable stay in a beautiful hotel
"Looking for a dog friendly hotel in or close to Segovia didnt have much choice. Settled on El Rancho and we were delighted.
