The staff was the best. Over and beyond. Room clean and quiet. I can’t say enough about the staff. A big plus was the free shuttle too. Will continue to stay here when in Disneyland.

Amazing location and price so close to the parks. Used the shuttle some days, walked some days, and took the local city bus some days. Breakfast is nice, staff are accommodating, rooms are large and clean. Late check out option was so helpful. Would go again!

The location was easy. The staff member checking us in was not very nice, very direct and not at all accommodating with anything. Not personable at all, he seemed bothered by checking us in. The room was extremely average. Parking very tight and we have a small car.

Room was clean and ready when we came to check in. House keeping was well done with no issues. Breakfast that is included could have had a few more options than a waffle mad one a waffle maker that looks like someone brought it from home, a few cereals and a choice of a microwaveable breakfast sandwich. Other than that it was a good stay.

We stayed for a quick trip to Disneyland. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. We stayed in an outside room near the road. We could hear a lot of road noise, but we sleep with white noise, so that was fine. The staff were helpful and the free shuttle to Disney was great. If you choose to walk to the hotel from the park it is mostly uphill. We were happy with our choice.

The staff was helpful and rooms are nice! There is a complementary breakfast which is good. The shuttle they provide to and from Disneyland is one of the main reasons I love booking this hotel! Only downside this visit was they were redoing their parking lot but they made sure we had somewhere safe to park our vehicle which was awesome, the second day we were able to park in their usual lot.

I was traveling with my grandson and this hotel worked great. It’s close enough to walk easily to the park. The shuttle was a great savings of time at the end of a park day. The air conditioner in our room worked really well. Room was clean, beds comfortable the bathroom shower had great water pressure. Staff were very pleasant

We had quite a few people staying with and they had a nice room. They had three queen size bed in it. fit our needs very friendly. We did a late check-in from Disneyland great breakfast the Minnie mouse pancakes were a hit🥰❤️😊 the staff member that was tending to us at breakfast. She was great with above and beyond and quiet enough to get some good sleep.

All good, hotel was nice and room as well, enough parking. Shuttle offers different schedules, regarding the room there were some small details, light in fridge didn't work, microwave did not spin, and no possible to regulate the shower. Really small details however bathroom and beds were really clean, tv really nice.

Disliked: Amenities
Room itself was clean and everyday housekeeping is nice however the breakfast is unacceptable. I’ve been to many days inns accross North America and it was shocking to me how bad the “complementary” so called breakfast was especially for being so close to Disneyland. Do not go here if you want a proper breakfast at your hotel for your kids

After looking at ratings I thought it was great but the rooms are decent and breakfast was not so good but very helpful. It is very nearer to Disneyland. This the only advantage. But overall it was a good experience for us but bathrooms needed more cleaning
