「We weren't able to stay in the Cave Crafted Suites due to a maintenance issue. Instead, we were moved to 2 separate rooms, which was fine and worked out. The rooms we stayed in were not very clean. I'm used to traveling in developing countries, so not a huge deal for me, but it may bother some others. The host was very responsive to all messages sent to him. He also volunteered to pick us up from the airport when our rude driver said he was going to leave us because we had to wait on the airline...
