Fantastische Lage mit tollem Blick übers Meer. Der Garten sehr schön angelegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war wunderbar und das Personal super freundlich. Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

The location is just perfect, secluded yet a quick easy walk to the centre and island buses. We loved our comfy room opening onto the garden with amazing coastal views. Breakfast was delicious with fantastic home baked cakes and the staff were lovely and welcoming. A special thanks to Karla who made the effort to return my passport to me after I was daft enough to leave it behind.

Colazione abbondante ed eccellente. Personale cortese. Camera pulita. Aria condizionata e frigobar ok. Nella struttura mancava però la piscina reclamizzata sulla piattaforma di prenotazione on-line.

It was a nice property! We got there around 4/5pm and there were no signs for the entrance/lobby, and when we finally found the area, nobody was there and we had to try and connect to the wifi to call someone to ask how to check in. They told us on the phone that the key was already in the door of our room. It would’ve been nice to know beforehand that there was no staff!

Eu voltaria

Muito bom o atendimento, café da manhã e o ambiente. Localização é que não é excelente, pois é preciso subir uma ladeira para chegar ao centrinho de Anacapri, mas só tem esse "defeito". Atendimento é excelente.

Tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa no B&B Donna Carolina! A acomodação é linda, super aconchegante e bem cuidada, com todos os detalhes pensados com carinho. A localização é excelente e a vista é de tirar o fôlego! Cláudio e Melissa foram extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos durante toda a estadia — nos fizeram sentir em casa desde o primeiro momento. O café da manhã também merece destaque: delicioso e servido com muito capricho. Sem dúvida, foi uma das melhores hospedagens da nossa viagem. Já estamos com saudades e com certeza voltaremos um dia!

Jag och min man bodde 4 nätter på detta boende och det var fantastiskt. Det är endast fyra rum så otroligt privat och lugnt. Vi hade en mysig privat terrass att nyttja. Frukosten som dukades upp varje morgon hade kunnat vara för 30 personer - så mycket att välja på. En dag valde vi att stanna i trädgården på förmiddagen och det var bara vi där. Jag såg eller hörde knappt andra gäster under hela vistelsen. Lugnt läge, nära till Anacapri centrum. Personalen är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsamma.

This was a wonderful B&B with very kind and welcoming hosts. Big downside for us was that we expected the pool to be on the premises but it was actually just access to a pool at a neighboring hotel (12min walk) which we had not understood when we booked (the description is English does not provide that detail clearly at all and we complained to hotels.com, without getting anything in return). But other than that, it was a very special place that I would love to go back to! Good breakfast, great location. Recommend highly!

Yes Stay Here!

The most friendly helpful staff I’ve ever experienced and that includes at 5 star thousands of dollars a night hotels. They went above and beyond to help and gave fantastic recommendations. The room was clean and fresh, new linens and nice memory foam pillows. Rare to find such attention to detail at this price point, and in most places honestly. Breakfast was such a spread —and included cooked eggs and bacon on top of the full buffet. There is a pool at a neighbor property and they were super friendly about holding luggage. Above and beyond one of the top 5 hotel experiences of my life, not to mention the reasonable price in a location that is usually insane. I spent more on dinner than I did on my room.

This is a gem of a find in Anacapri, great place walkable 5 mins from Piazza Vitroria. The rooms are as described and sea facing view from room. For the price and location, we felt it was a good choice. The breakfast is incredible and continental with a good spread made by Tamara and Meli, it is fabulous and tasty. The pool is off location but we couldn’t use it due to bad weather on both days. My only two recommendations would be to switch off the large outdoor light globes so that the room is darker to sleep in the night and add a noise buffer under the door to reduce sound going in and out. Rest everything was great. Thank you for a genuinely great experience. Highly recommended.

Villa au milieu de la nature d’Anacapri

Charmante petite villa à proximité de l’axe principal d’Anacapri ! Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons décidé d’étendre notre séjour et avons opté pour la chambre avec balcon et vue sur mer ! Je recommande clairement cette option car vous serez moins dérangé par le bruit dans la pièce principale. En effet il s’agit d’une grande maison avec des chambres. L’isolation des chambre est donc mauvaises comparé à un hôtel. Nous avons été dérangé par le bruit d’autres guest au milieu de la nuit et également le matin lors de la préparation du petit déjeuner. Hormis le bruit, tout était parfait !

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Carolina. We were warmly greeted by Melissa who kindly showed us our room on the first floor. There is a small fridge in the room with water and the queen bed is able to be converted into two double beds. There was a small patio area just outside our room which was a nice touch. We were able to access the swimming pool at Hotel San Michele which is about a 10 minute walk from the Villa. Chairs and towels were included. The walk to the Villa is about 5 minutes from Piazza Vittoria, there is easy access to shops and dining as well as the bus stop. The breakfast was wonderful, we ate in the beautiful gardens. Joana does an excellent job created baked goods for the breakfast. There was a mix of traditional pastries as well as continental breakfast options. Joana also gave us suggestions on where to go to sightsee and even packed us small sandwiches. She was very personable and welcoming. I would definitely recommend Villa Carolina to anyone visiting Anacapri!

Zu Beginn wurden wir sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns direkt wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Leider hat sich dieser positive Eindruck im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts schnell geändert. Wir hatten mehrfach Stromausfälle, teilweise abends beim Fertigmachen, aber auch morgens. Zudem war das WLAN während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr unzuverlässig. Da es in der Unterkunft kaum bzw. gar keinen Mobilfunkempfang gibt, hatten wir praktisch keine Alternative. Gerade für die Organisation von Ausflügen oder der weiteren Reise ist das sehr problematisch. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang mit diesen Problemen. Nachdem wir die Hotelmanagerin kontaktiert hatten, wurden unsere Nachrichten teilweise nicht mehr beantwortet. Eine wirkliche Lösung oder angemessene Kommunikation fand leider nicht statt. Auch andere Gäste berichteten uns von sehr ähnlichen Erfahrungen und denselben WLAN-Problemen, teilweise bereits seit Beginn ihres Aufenthalts. Uns wurde zunächst vermittelt, dass die Probleme nur kurzfristig aufgrund der Stromausfälle bestehen würden, was sich durch die Erfahrungen der anderen Gäste nicht bestätigt hat. Zusätzlich hatten wir sehr viele Ameisen in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt sehr schade, da der erste Eindruck wirklich positiv war. Aufgrund der technischen Probleme und insbesondere des Umgangs mit unseren Beschwerden können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.
