2階の左側の部屋に滞在しました。(5番) Halfweg Zwanenburgの駅から歩いて20分くらいです。遠くは無いですが、近くは無いです。 空港から地下鉄で駅に行き、スーツケースと荷物を持って行くのは少ししんどかったので、タクシーで行くのが無難かもしれません。 チェックインするときは別の近くのホテルに行く必要があり、疲れていたのでそれも地味に遠く感じました。 部屋は広くは無いですが日当たりが良くて、浴室や水回りが良く手入れされていて不快感がありませんでした。 ただ、床にカーペットが敷かれてありその上がゴミだらけで、スーツケース開けて服を取り出す時気持ち悪かったです。 海外では多くの方が土足なので仕方無いですが、気になる方はスリッパ持参した方が良いです。(オランダにはスリッパ売ってなくて私たち夫婦はアムステルダムのH&Mでスリッパをようやく発見) 後は、小さい備え付けの冷蔵庫が全く機能してません。なので、夏に行かれる場合はあまりお勧めしません。 冬でしたら、大きなバルコニーがあるのでそこに置いて置けばビールとかキンキンに冷えます。 近くの家は、お年寄りが多いイメージでした。なので静かで治安がとても良かったです。 アルパートハイン、リドルが徒歩圏内にあります。 清掃の女性は英語がいまいち話せない方でしたが、優しくて丁寧なスタッフさんでした。

Stressful stay

There is no private parking. I complained and they say I could park in the street. Don’t arrive around closing time because there is no reception at the “hotel”. In reality, it is an adapted house with private rooms. It is not recommended for the elderly because the stairs are not standard and dangerous. The reception is made at a Hotel of the owner and the lady that answered the bell/phone did not speak a good english. Prepare to get stressed.

Value and location

Nice local community location with parking just behind building at local Supermarket. Only thing that can improve is the washing of towels. I found a ball of long hair in one of mine but sure this does not happen all the time. Overall great value for money and a good stay. Reception staff very friendly and helpful.

Horrible ! Nous avons attendu 3h pour que le réceptionniste nous ouvre ! Vraiment à fuir chambre dans une maison ce qui fait que nous entendons tous les allés et venus ! Très déçu !

モダンでお洒落な内装。きれいです。 ゲストハウスなので、基本的にはレセプションなどがいるわけではないです。 設備がもう少し充実するとより良いかなと思います。オーブンレンジと湯を沸かすケトルがなかったので最低限ほしいです。 総合的に考え、また泊まりたいと思います。

Muito bom! Excelente!!

Tudo muito bom, tivemos um problema com o chuveiro e foi resolvido logo no dia seguinte. Staff completamente impecável! A zona é muito agradável e calma para quem gosta de descansar. O que não falta é comércio perto e aberto ate mesmo no domingo, por volta das 20h30 passava la e estava em serviço. Fica a15 min andando até a estação de comboio e em 10 min chega-se a amsterdam central, também há comboio para o aeroporto. Certeza que para uma próxima vez, Alex Rooms estará na lista!!

Zimmer mit Balkon sind traumhaft und geben zum teilweise engen Amsterdam genügend Freiraum. Gutes Bett, netter Service, 5 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto zum Bahnhof nach Amsterdam. Mit dem Zug in 9 Minuten im Zentrum.

Positiv war vor allem der Balkon. Das Bad war unglaublich eng, aber sauber. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer, wie angegeben.
