Sorry to say, I booked in Nirvana by urban galaxy but I was placed in Krishna hotel which I was told was same, I found out this strange but I didn’t argue much otherwise staff were nice and helpful

Had to cut short our stay!

Horrible property!!! It’s not even called Nirvana, it’s called Krishna hotel Comforter had layers of dirt all over! Towel seemed used with stains of kumkum on it. Bathroom had bucket filled with water from God knows when! Bucket was dirty and moldy. AC was extremely loud and barely worked. Had to cut our 2-day stay to one day

1. Do not get mislead by the name of Hotel. Its NOT "Nirvana by Urban Galaxy", Its Hotel "Krishna" . HOTEL OWNER, PLEASE DO NOT MISLED PEOPLE WITH WRONG NAME. I booked 2 night stay via hotels.com, and WAS LEFT ROAMING AROUND THE SAME PLACE FOR AN HOUR JUST BECAUSE THE NAME WAS "KRISHNA" AND NOT THE ONE MENTIONED ON THE HOTELS.COM. It also costed me extra money to auto. Hotels.com, Please check the CREDIBILITY OF data people are loading on your website. 2. After the misleading NAME-GAME , when we reached Hotel, the Room was different than what was shown on Hotels.com. So we were told that If we want that room, then we WON'T GET COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST (which was mentioned while booking), as the Room is in their other hotel named "urban galaxy" (not "nirvana by urban galaxy") AGAIN MISLEADING DATA ON HOTELS.COM 3. Also there was NO POWER BACKUP at the hotel "Krishna" (Nirvana by urban galaxy) and when we said that nothing of this sort was mentioned on website, then the answer we got was that " IT DOESN'T NEED TO BE MENTIONED". How weird. 4. No Service of Tea/coffee etc before 9am. We stayed in Amritsar where people get up early morning to go to holy shrine and it was obvious to ask for tea /coffee at least by 8am. But staff is not available to get us a cup of Tea/coffee even by 8am, but only after 9am. 5. Had to asked to Bill of stay at least 4 times to get it. No responsible staff to give it to customer as their duty.
