Beautiful resort, clean, sunny, spacious, surrounded by nature. An amazing breakfast!!!! Very friendly services. The location is not beach front, but it has a lovely lake with kayak and stand up boards, swimpool and relaxing areas to hang out.

The ambiance is very nice and relaxing. The rooms are well-kept and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the service at dining was very slow, when food or drinks were ordered it took some time, and it was only 4 of us ordering at the time. I can only imagine if it was busier. If this can be improved on it would be great.

Hospedagem top em Icaraizinho

Segunda vez que me hospedo com a família (esposa e duas filhas) e o hotel supera minhas expectativas. Em que pese não ser pé na areia, não fica tão distante que ainda fica a uma pernada. Café da manhã excelente, variado e saboroso, atendimento sempre simpático, atencioso e gentil. A lagoa com caiaques e stand-up paddles é um grande atrativo, que diverte adultos e crianças. Quadra de beach-tennis, muito verde e jardins. O restaurante também melhorou o menu em relação à primeira vez, oferecendo mais opções. Enfim, para mim vale cada centavo investido.

Hotel bem estruturado, com opções de lazer. Café da manhã razoável. Ficamos na Suíte comfort, o hotel deveria colocar uma tela de proteção na varanda, especialmente na parte inferior do amparo da varanda pq pais com criança que engatinham não podem deixar a criança na varanda pois podem cair passando pela brecha da madeira que dão proteção. No mais, hotel agradável, pouco afastado do centro para ir a pé, especialmente a noite que as ruas são bem escuras. Funcionários prestativos e cordiais.

Hotel muito bom!

O hotel em geral é muito bom. Sei ponto forte é a simpatia dos funcionários, sempre dispostos a informar e oferecer algo mais. O quarto classic, que ficamos, é pequeno, mas vale pelo custo benefício. O café da manhã é sortido e também varia ao longo dos dias. O restaurante do hotel tem um excelente spaguetti com camarão, embora o peixe seja muito ruim (peixe branco, não compre). Nos deram um cartão personalizado de boas vindas! Para quem vai de carro, tudo bem. Caso contrário, não opte por esse hotel. É silencioso e seguro.
