「There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." 「Die Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tiere sind absolut willkommen. Haben beim Essen direkt Wasser für ihn bekommen. Ein sehr schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer. Abends waren wir noch in der Sauna. Absolute Empfehlung!」

I have 3 months straight working and traveling in Germany and this is the first hotel that I found with very unpleasant conversation and the result is was that i was worried and unsafe for the stay.
