The staff are very helpful and when we could not get back for our booking they cancelled our booking for us and didn’t charge Also we left our luggage there for almost a week and it was very safe

Location s prime, still very busy traffic and noisy area. Didn’t like the room they gave me on back with no view, asked to change and had to pay additional money to get room on the front side.

There is a butcher shop in the first floor and it wakes us up every time they cut meat, also the AC turns off by it self so we have to call reception to start it. Then housekeeping start moving furniture and making noise at 6 in the morning. No parking spots available Elevator needs one of the employees to make it go down to parking floor!

The property was nice, clean and comfy. However, I could prefer if there was more varieties in breakfast especially the day after day. As the breakfast was the same everyday, with minimal varieties. The staff were kind. All in all stay was good. Thank you!

good, clean hotel

Rooms are nice. Slippers, cosmetics ( specially hair condition!) were good. It’s good to have coffee, tea and water in room. Clean an warm room. In toilet was something broken. Breakfast is excellent, good selection of different choices. Staff are kind. We had possibly leave our luggages in hotel while we done trip to wadi rumi. Location is not so good.

Spacious apartment requiring some upgrading

Service staff is friendly. Located near a mosque and main road, so it can be noisy at times. The two bedroom size is good but the condition is not of tip top condition. Shower room cleanliness is acceptable but not that of the sofa and pantry (including the kettle). Rain was leaking into one of the rooms. In room safe is not useable (no instructions) and not laptop compatible.

Grande camera ma lontano dal centro città

Hotel un po' datato fuori dal centro di Amman, viaggiavo con 2 amici e al check-in ci hanno dato la suite con due camere da letto , molto grande e comoda anche se il bagno denotava segni di invecchiamento. Discreta la colazione a buffet, l'unica nota veramente negativa è che dovrete usare sempre i taxi se vorrete andare in centro città

The staff was very nice, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast excellent and very generous. The bathroom looks dated and needs some work, some of the drawers were broken in one of the rooms and we run out of hot water when the 4 of us were showering one after the next. The reservation agent Ammar was very helpful in setting up tours of us, answered many questions and gave me excellent advice. Our tour guide/driver Hassan was wonderful. He gave us great advice, took us to the best shawarma and falafel restaurants in Amman and made sure all our needs were met. He took pride in his work and in his country and wanted to make sure that we had a good time while in Jordan. Overall I recommend this property. The quality for the price is very good and the staff goes out of their way to take care of their customers.

WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL RECEPTION THE GUY AT THE RECEPTION ADVISED THAT THEY HAVE CANCELLED MY RESERVATION BECAUSE OF MY PREVIOUS REVIEW / RATING I MADE ON BOOKING.COM SITE. THE HOTEL SHOULD HAVE INFORMED ME PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. IS THIS ETHICAL WAY OF DOING BUSINESS. MY RESERVATION WAS NON REFUNDABLE. SURELY IF IT WAS REFUNDABLE I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. MY DIFFICULTY IS THAT I HAD A NUMBER OF NON REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS.THIS WAS THE LAST ONE. EXPEDIA SHALL TAKE DISCIPLINARY ACTION WITH THIS HOTEL AS PER EXPEDIA POLICY AND PROCEDURES.

No nos ha gustado nada. Está demasiado viejo, le falta pintura, desconchones en las paredes, la tela de los sofás de las habitaciones gastada ... El desayuno bastante malo. La primera noche le preguntamos al chico de recepción que si nos podía pedir un taxi para ir a cenar y nos llamó a un taxis amigo suyo el cual nos cobró tres veces lo que costaba el trayecto, esto lo descubrimos cuando nos llevó otro taxista desde el restaurante al hotel.
