I loved staying at the Le Grand Amman Hotel in Amman Jordan. It was amazing. From the time we walked in the door, they were all so kind to us and made us feel special. the staff was amazing. we loved them each one of them. They got a taxi to take us into town and They got a taxi to take us to the Airport. They were so good, They made us feel safe and secure. Thank You, We loved your staff.

Not 5 Star grade. This is without question a 3 Star grade hotel, based on the average quality of the room, the basic continental breakfast buffet and the surprisingly low English speaking skills of the main customer facing staff.

Staff was great. Hotel room had a bad smell to it and AC did not work past low. We notified the staff and they tried to help and moved us to a bigger room. Unfortunatly that room also smelled musty and dusty and the air conditioner did not go past a certain level. We do appriciate the staff trying to help.
