great rooms, location and staff!!

Great stay! I wanted to stay in Amman which is super busy, but also away from the madness, so I chose this hotel. It was about a 10 minute drive from the downtown area, and a short and cheap taxi ride. The parking I was given was literally in the front of the hotel, so it was amazing. The hotel staff was friendly and welcoming, and even upgraded my room to a suite. The breakfast was a simple continental breakfast, but you can request an omelette from the chef, which I did. Kept me full all day long. I didn’t eat any other meals other than breakfast, so can’t comment on the other meals. The hotel also has laundry service which you can have your clothes washed or cleaned and available the same day which is awesome after a long day at the sites which can leave you pretty dirty from dust. Overall, large room with a comfortable bed. Nice and quiet in the neighborhood, but a short ten minute walk to Starbucks or Carrefour if you need anything from the supermarket. Thanks for making my stay great! I’ll stay here again in the future.

The room they gave me it was first floor and the door lock was broken ,when I complain they gave me another room in their nerxt door hotel second floor .and I recall I made reservation on line few days before..I would go back and use it again but hopefully this time with a better room.

Hotel is rather corporate but comfortable. Restaurant was good. I wish locally there were more independent restaurants loccally like at some other areas to widen ones experience. A hairdryer in the room might not be a bad idea.

This hotel was fine for one night before heading to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The restaurant didn't seem to have its own food - rather you order and then they order you a take away from somewhere else. Slightly odd but the food was delicious so we didn't mind. I think it's probably because there weren't enough guests to justify a fully working kitchen. The staff didn't speak great English, which meant we had some difficulty when checking out early.

Improve on details

The hotel is clean with good service. However, internet disconnects freqently. Add fruits and croissants to breakfast. Housekeeping is noisy outside rooms. Receptionist is always watching youtube loudly. Avoid smoking rooms.

Nice enough hotel in decent area. Comfortable bedroom and decent breakfast. Stayed at the Nishan on previous occasion and the two hotels are roughly the same standard.
