This was a nice hotel however we paid for an upgraded room and they did not give it to us. It was very late at night when we checked in, we had to leave early and didn’t get back until late. I should be able to trust them to give us what we paid for. Because I used Expedia, they could not give us a refund nor did they offer. Having said that, the hotel was clean, there were many restaurants in the hotel and I felt very safe walking around outside.

My second hotel in Jordan during this visit after a two day stopover at Aqaba . Decent hotel , neat and clean , challenge was air conditioning as it was cold always even if we set at 26 deg cent . Rest all standard . Needless to say , nothing comparable with my stay at AQABA … hotel / service / dining … experience , though it was another chain of hotel .

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Amman and would gladly return. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel’s warm hospitality and professional service. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The hotel offers a great balance of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a plush bed, modern amenities, and a panoramic view of Amman’s skyline. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and the workspace made it easy to catch up on business tasks. One of the highlights was the well-equipped fitness center and spa, along with the heated outdoor pool—a rare and welcome find in the city. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, with a generous selection of both local and international dishes. Their in-house restaurants also offer a great variety, from Middle Eastern flavors to international cuisine. The hotel is in a prime location, close to key attractions, embassies, and shopping areas, yet still offers a peaceful and secure environment. Cleaning service did not clean tables, carpet or bathroom for my entire stay. But did a good job with changing and fixing the bed sheets and pillows. Too expensive not to have a free breakfast.
