Amazing Hotel

It was really amazing stay ... I stayed there for my first 2 days in Jordan. Everything was really good and the staff is amazing ... It was really clean and comfortable ... i recommend everyone to choose this Amazing hotel in the heart of Amman <3

Bad experience

The hotel is not located in the city center as indicated. It is dirty and full of mosquito (which was strange beause there was no mosquito in Amman city. However the staff was helful and the price is very interesting.

It was cold and we my toddler got sick. The power is very weak as ACs can not heat up the rooms. No warm water at all had to take shower in cold water in this winter as we stayed for 4 nights. There is one extension used for all our chargers and TV and water cooler.

Very good value for the price, location and space

It was a budget flat as I thought, I booked it for 3 nights only to sleep as I was busy during the day. Great and very friendly staff, Salem, and very helpful. The flat I had got one bedroom, twins beds, despite requesting a double bed, a kitchen, lounge, and bathroom. The single mattress wasn’t the most comfortable but okay ish. Location was good for me, close to where I needed to go, parking was easy outside but was coming back between 12.00am and 1am. But I could see parking was very busy when I leave in the morning so I’m not sure if any available during the day. I would book again if I was visiting on my own. I used the kettle to make a cuppa in the morning and the fridge for water bottles. The only thing I’d suggest is to provide a small hand towel and a bath towel as there was none when I had my first shower after a long trip. Thanks

Beware and do not have expectations here!

This night was unexpectedly awful. The hotel literally turned off power around 9pm. Imagine no light to be able to take a shower or eat or walk without tripping or hitting something! We used our phone flashlight to avoid injuring ourselves. But no power to charge phones. We left at 5:30 am as soon as the sun rose. I contacted hotels.com to inform about it. Unacceptable. I expect to be fully refunded. They blackmail you to give more money for your stay. When arrived we paid extra for the two nights booked. We were shocked of this but had no choice. Beware!

Eine wundervolle Möglichkeit preiswert im Zentrum einer pulsierenden Metropole zu hausen. Die Unterkunft befindet sich genau zwischen der Neu- und Altstadt und somit sind die beiden Stadtteile in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen! Das Personal ist super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Exzellente Infrastruktur um die Unterkunft ermöglicht Ihnen Ihr Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Amman ist eine faszinierende, beinahe europäische Stadt mit wundervollen, schönen und freundlichen Menschen, dennoch mit einer eigenen unverwechselbaren orientalischen Note, die diese Stadt so anziehend und attraktiv macht. Sehr zu empfehlen!

The Staff were nice,The location was good. however the condition of the hotel was very bad water leaking, plumbing and drainage problems in the bathroom, the price was reasonable but there were many safety issues water was leaking in the strairway ,the the drainage of dirty water from the sewage in the bathroom, the kitchenette had a very old washer,the cooking gas stove was extremely old rotted iron .This hotel needs proper maintenance and removal of old and dangerous appliances, and placement of safe and updated appliances, plumbing and cleaning

Not very clean

I guess you get what you pay for. However it’s unfortunate that very little cleaning is done before you enter the room. Under my bed was caked in dust, I had ants in the lounge area because of food that hadn’t been cleaned up, and a dead roach in the bathroom. The mattress was also uncomfortable and although the bed was very large, it was like i was sleeping on the wooden base of the bed. That being said, the hotel staff were very friendly, they served a nice breakfast from an outside cafe/shop etc. It was also minutes walking distance to the Abdali Mall (which is beautiful) and the JETT bus station for trips to Petra. Which is the main reason I picked this area. I wouldn’t stay at the apartments again though. Despite trying to think of this as part of the experience I would give this a wide berth in future. I’m sorry.

L'appartamento era vecchissimo, con i divani sporchi e il bagno veramente pessimo. In compenso il personale è stato sempre molto gentile e se si deve solo dormire come ho fatto io, può essere una buona soluzione economica.
