I booked this hotel on Friday lunchtime for a Saturday stay . I received a phone call later on that evening to advise that they have double booked my room and they cannot provide me with accomodation. As I booked through Hotels.com I was advised to call them for a refund. It took a while to get it as the hotel then said that in line with their policy they would not refund me. After a lot of phone conversations with Hotels.com I got my refund. I will definitely not be staying at this hotel ever.
