「All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable and spotless. Breakfast was great and included in the stay. Evening meals were some of the best I have had lovely. Absolutely excellent value. Not a modern soulless hotel but an older place with a friendly atmosphere.」

「Just great. The house was thoughtfully kitted out with everything you might need during your stay. Four spacious bedrooms, living room with an open fire, sunny boot room just off the kitchen, ample hot water, central heating and cosy lighting throughout. The house was so close to the coastal path with many pubs, restaurants, fish and chips within a short drive. We would definitely visit again.」

「We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !」

「This hotel was probably state of the art 35/40 yrs ago. It’s very well photographed but in honesty… it’s awful. Rooms are worn out, carpets in places are threadbare. Bathroom had various it’s broken or loose. In the evenings was a constant smell of over cooked vegetables that was very unpleasant. Having spoken to locals it’s recently been taken over but it’s in need of HUGE investment I (and neither will my colleagues) definitely won’t be staying there again.」

「Cabin was awesome everything was spot on. Location was ideal for us for our weekend. Credit to the owners. My Girlfriend loved the horses. The views are amazing so peacefull. Couldnt belive how dark it was at night with no light polution. So much to see and do locally ran out of time. The Hot tub was great the hamper was thoughtfull. So peacefull. Best stay away we have had going to be hard to beat. Will be back again soon. 」
