「The hotel was going through refurbishment and should not have been accepting guests! The dining area was closed, the roof top bar was also closed. They brought breakfast for us and we sat in the lobby area to eat! Not at all a good experience」

「The hotel was extremely unclean and dirty. When I arrived to the hotel there was a gross black liquid substance all over the bathroom floor and toilet and used feminine hygiene pads laying next to the toilet on the floor. I also found a huge cockroach climbing on top of my suitcase, and there were ant/termite colonies on the walls of the room.
