「Beautiful hotel with best location where a lot of restaurants around. Very helpful staff. We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. 「Tolles, kleines Hotel direkt am Fuße der Bahai Terrassengärten (keine 100 Meter) im Deutschen Viertel. Frühstück nicht in Hotel möglich aber in kurzer Distanz 2 sehr gute Restaurants, die schon morgens geöffnet sind. Service war nicht besetzt, lief alles über Email oder Telefon (Englisch). Irreführend ist die Angabe eines Hotelparkplatzes (gibt es nicht), man muss draußen auf der Straße parken (es gibt dort Parkbeschränkungen). Würde dennoch wieder buchen, die Lage ist unschlagbar.」
