「The stay at Waynesbrook was a wonderful trip. Originally my reservation was to stay in King Suite, however, I received a phone call before check in, informing me the jacuzzi tub was out of service, and offered my reservation to change over to the Queen Suite, this was fine. I appreciated the communication. During the stay the elevator was out of service, causing any time leaving room had to use the stairs. 「We had a heater in the room for warmth, which was good. Bed was comfortable, but hard to get into as it is so high. The staff were very pleasant, the room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was excellent.」
