1人で泊まるには十分な広さで、きれいで快適。軽食もついてて助かりました。唯一気になるには、外を人が歩くと振動がすごくてちょっとびっくりする。それ以外はとっても便利。

アウトレットに近く、コンビニもすぐで超便利でした。高速道路のインターすぐで、近くのゴルフ場にアクセス抜群で、茨城県でのゴルフの際はまた利用したいです。

2024年8月23日から2人で1泊宿泊しました。 気になった点 部屋の中で電子タバコの喫煙ができません。 タバコなど吸う方は暑い室外での喫煙所しかないですので注意が必要。 夜寝るときに常夜灯がないので、真っ暗にしてねる必要があり。 その他は問題に感じた点はなかったです。

スタッフの対応やコンディションは問題ないが、室内が柔道場の様な臭いがする。 成田空港が近いので夜中に飛行機の爆音がする時がある。 トレーラーハウスのヒッチに全室共通の玄関アプローチデッキが乗っかっているので、他の部屋の人が戻って来ると建屋がかなり揺れ、夜中に目が覚める設計ミスがある。

この近くで翌日早朝に用事がある際に前泊利用しています。 工事関係者などお仕事利用されている方が多いようで、夜は静かにされていますし、特に騒音も感じません。 必要最低限なものは揃ってあり、不満は全くありませんでした。 近くにコンビニもあり、駐車場も十分あります。 また利用したいと思ってます。
