「We arrived at the Super 8 Amherst with a positive first impression. Sadly, our stay was overshadowed by not being able to use the pool area. There were far too many kids, left unattended and running wild creating a loud and completely horrible pool setting. 「Room was not properly cleaned unfortunately. We have to ask reception to sweep the floors. There was issue with drain - water stopper almost in close position and blocked water from properly draining and no way to pop up it more. So maintenance guy fixed it on our request But because they don't have maintenance guy onsite, they have to call it after his dinner. An This since we stay for two nights it was a big deal).
