"The staff was so friendly we forgot some things at home they made sure we had it. The room was clean and spacious it was quiet and the daily cleaning staff made sure we had clean towels and anything we needed. Its going to be a place we go back to. Did not meet any unfriendly faces. Compared to other properties in Ames this was the best we have experianced. Will be our go to place when we stay there nice pool and hot tub. Full refriderator and small kitchen. We had plenty of room for

"We got what we paid for. The beds were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by the continental breakfast options and seating area. When we needed extra soaps, the staff were accommodating. Unfortunately, the room could’ve been better. The paint was peeled off of a portion of the ceiling, the walls had some stains, the smoke detector was fastened to the ceiling with black tape, the bathroom shower/sink were not cleaned and the sheets, though smelled clean, had what appeared to be a blood...
