Deluso dal servizio ed assistenza al cliente

Situato in bella posizione. La gestione ed il servizio sono pessimi. Le cassette di sicurezza esterne dove prendere le chiavi se si arriva alla sera si trovano in un luogo non illuminato, o perlomeno io non sono riuscito a trovare l'interruttore. In una struttura molto frequentata da stranieri il personale fa fatica a comunicare in inglese. Difficoltà nel conoscere il costo della camera nonostante la prenotazione con Hotels. La tassa di soggiorno mi è stata comunicata tardivamente dopo aver pagato il conto. E' l'unico posto dove mi sono sentito dire che questa tassa va pagata in contanti e non si può mettere in fattura. In ogni altra struttura non ho mai avuto problemi. La rete wifi non funziona da parecchio e non sono in grado di dire quando sarà ripristinata. Al centralino non sempre rispondono. Ottima colazione. Eccellente pulizia. Locali rustici ma arredati con gusto.

Wiederholter Aufenthalt an diesem besonderen Ort

Kleines Hotel mit nur 6 Zimmern in einer alten Weltkriegsfestung auf einem Berg an der Küste. Nebenan ist ein Parkplatz mit Aussichtspunkt über das Mittelmeer. Schöne Zimmr mit netten Assisoires, Minikühlschrank und extra Sitzgelegenheiten. Alle Zimmer haben einen Aussenzugang. Das kleine hübsche Dorf Montemarcello liegt wenige hundert Meter vom Hotel entfernt. Hier finden sich 2 Restaurants, ein Café und ein kleiner Kaufmannladen. Zum Meer muss man gut zu Fuß sein oder mit dem Auto den Berg runterfahren. Zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es wenige Kilometer. Ein Fahrzeug sollte man hier zur Verfügung haben. Das Personal ist superfreundlich und hilfsbereit.

séjour atypique dans un endroit surprenant. Le personnel est adorable et le système de clé permet un accès à n'importe qu'elle heure. Il suffit juste de les appeler et on vous donne un code, parfait. Notre seul regret concerne le WIFI, nous étions dans la chambre no 6 et n'avions pas de réseau, nous étions obligés de nous rendre vers la réception qui n'est ouverte que le matin pour les petits-déjeuners. Les petits-déjeuners sont copieux (salé et sucré, rapport qualité prix sans aucune contestation.)

Location con potenziale ma non tenuta a dovere

Bella l’idea di ristrutturare un ex fortino militare, ma non altrettanto quello di lasciare i clienti incustoditi per tutto il periodo notturno, e lo si scopre una volta arrivati. Servizio internet presente solo nella sala colazione, e non è un problemone... se non vi ritrovare ad avere bisogno di chiamare con il cellulare. Nella zona del fortino NON prende segnale nessun operatore telefonico, se considerate che da sera al mattino potete solo chiamare un numero di telefono di un altro hotel in caso di bisogno...non è il massimo. Per il resto belle camere ben arredate, un po’ meno i bagni...che necessitano di un aggiornamento. Parcheggio all’esterno della struttura e nessun cancello che isoli parcheggio e hotel, il fortino è accessibile a chiunque a qualsiasi orario. Anche se avete solo la concessione per gli alloggi...un pulizia in più ai giardini intorno farebbe solo che bene all’immagine del posto e da incentivo per ritornare.

Bellissimo posto

L'albergo è in una posizione isolata, bellissima (basta fare due passi per trovarsi di fronte a un belvedere incredibile), ricavato da una suggestiva fortificazione della prima guerra mondiale. Ci sono solo sei suites, comode, spaziose, pulite e silenziose, con grandi e comodi letti. Al mattino la colazione è varia ed abbondante, anche se non di grande qualità: il caffè è quasi imbevibile, alcune delle torte sono avanzi dei giorni precedenti e la macchina per i succhi è spesso fuori uso. Però c'è tutto: dolce e salato, waffle e toast, yogourt e marmellate, muesli e frutta secca, formaggi e salami... In definitiva ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'unico problema l'abbiamo avuto al check-in. Il sito diceva che saremmo potuti entrare dopo le 15, ma il realtà a quell'ora non c'è più nessuno e ci si deve arrangiare da soli a trovare chiavi e codici di accesso. Niente di grave, ma è la prima volta che trovo un hotel self service.

Hotel immerso nella natura e comodo ai sentieri.

Hotel originale ricavato da un fortino. Unico problema è la mancanza di insonorizzazione delle camere. La posizione è molto comoda per accedere ai sentieri e non è lontana dal paese di Montemarcello. La colazione è ricca e soddisfacente.

Location alternativa in una magnifica zona

Struttura molto originale per location e ambientazione. Camera ottima, colazione veramente super con moltissimi prodotti. Unica nota da migliorare - la porta del bagno cigola troppo! Golfo dei Poeti e foce del Magra sono ad un passo, viste dal promontorio bellissime, ed il borgo di Montemarcello merita una visita!

Abbiamo soggiornato per la terza volta al Fortino.

Abbiamo soggiornato per la terza volta al Fortino dove ci troviamo magnificamente bene su quasi tutto. Unico neo è la poca insonorizzazione delle camere: si sente troppi rumori dalle altre camere . Per essere una struttura molto recente sicuramente potevano fare molto meglio, peccato. Solo per questo che non do il punteggio massimo.

Eine umgebaute Festung als Hotel

Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um den ehemaligen verfallenen Geschützstand Il Fortino oben am Berg an der äußersten Spitze des Golfes von La Spezia. Zu Kriegszeiten waren dort große Kanonen aufgebaut, die die ganze Bucht absicherten. Diese Ruinen wurde 2010 zum einen, in eine Art Museum und zum anderen, in eine Art Hotel mit 6 Minisuiten renoviert und umgebaut. Der alte Bestand wurde dabei zum großen Teil erhalten. Die Zimmer sind jedoch modern und sehr großzügig ausgestattet. Charmant wurde hier die alte Bausubstanz mit der Moderne verbunden. Noch während der Anfahrt erhielten wir einen Anruf aufs Handy von einem Mitarbeiter, dass die Rezeption ab 16.00 h nicht mehr besetzt ist. Da wir aber nicht vor 17.00 h dort sein konnten, wurde uns erklärt, dass wir über einen kleinen Schlüsseltresor neben der Rezeption, dessen Nummernkombination uns genannt wurde, an unseren Zimmerschlüssel gelangen,mit dem wir dann auch ohne Personal ins Zimmer gelangen würden. Dies klappte dann auch tatsächlich. Nur kommt man mit dem Schlüssel nur in einen Vorraum, wo sich jeweils 2 Zimmertüren befinden, die sich aber nicht mit dem Schlüssel aufsperren lassen. Erst nach einiger Zeit entdeckten wir, dass an der Türklinke oben nochmals eine Art Zahlenschloss eingebaut ist. Die Zahlenkombination für dieses Schloss fanden wir nun auf einem Anhänger am o.a. Schlüssel und kamen somit doch noch in unser Zimmer. Andere Gäste berichteten von größeren Schwierigkeiten beim Check Inn.

Fabulous place to stay!

What a great find in a great location! It is an old Fort that has been made into a small 6 unit hotel. The exterior is great and the staff makes your experience more enjoyable. You can take a slow stroll the 5 minutes down the road to the local town for food and fun. They also rent bikes so you take a ride down the road. You will not be sorry staying in this hotel!!! Not to mention breakfast was included too and they gave us a few beers from Expedia!!!
