「I was checked into a dirty room and, when I went to front desk, I was sent to a guest services that had me waiting over an hour because the person who assisted me didn't provide the appropriate guidance to rectify the situation. They offered a deep clean of my room. Housekeeping stopped by but didn't do the deep clean, instead a quick wipe here and there. 「It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....
