「We enjoyed our stay at ILO. The kids loved it too. The pools are really nice, there are some safety regulations that may need to be considered in and around the pools. The steps into the pools are too deep and often people fall there. The vibe at the pools were a lot of fun, the restaurants were great. The service was great. We even saw a lemur early morning at the breakfast. Our rooms were on the first floor, and it was super noisy luckily at around 11 PM with quiet down. But then early...

「We’ve reserved a family room, but at our arrival they gave us two separate rooms for three children and two adults. They don’t have family rooms. The rooms we reserved didn’t have water during the day, so they changed the rooms to another facility. One of the new rooms the toilet was not working and air conditioner were not working for both! It was a difficult stay.」
