"I stayed at this hotel for two nights and it was very clean and comfortable. The owner and his family are very kind and really nice people. Also great location and budget friendly, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"Had trouble at first with staff saying booking didnt go through so had to contact hotels via X to sort out. The one staff was a great guy, so freindly and helpful, i was in the area to visit national park and he arranged this for me. Only problem with hotel is internet did not work, and no phone reception in that area either. "

"This was a great value. It is a beautiful property right by the river. The foliage is superb and the staff work tirelessly to keep the grounds clear of plant droppings. The only negative was the WIFI which try as they might it never worked consistently. "

"All View was a perfect stay for me. Clean, so friendly and the food is delicious. Just a walk to see turtles and a beach you can have all to yourself. Go enjoy!"

On the booking channel you said that you have A restaurant A bar 24h room service WiFi in every room Laundry service Etc But in fact, there is no WiFi No possibility to do laundry or even have you bring it somewhere else to wash it. There is no remote for the air conditioning The bathroom door is missing a handle the toilet leaks water after you flush There are so many insects and FROGS in the room And the bare minimum is to have...

"Lovely hotel was being repainted as we stayed just out of season. The pool and restaurant were great and the staff were very helpful. Be aware the hotel is a little remote from anything else out of season and there no real entertainment around out of season, however the area looks like it would be lively in the season but please note the hotel is still a fair walk to the next bar or hotel and 20 mins to the main strip so tuk tuk will be required "

Exceptional Service

"This hotel has basic amenities and it's proximity to the beach is wonderful. The service is exceptional and the people who work there are so wonderful. This is not a luxurious hotel by any means, but would I stay here again, yes I would. Basic comforts were provided, including a mosquito net over the bed and a mosquito repellant plug in (much needed for the third friend who didn't have a mosquito net over her single bed). We were upgraded to an ocean view room on a top floor (lots of stairs), so we spent the majority of the day at their beachside cafe called Happy Lab. We came in April, so waves a little high but we managed to enjoy our time in the water. We took a stroll in the evening to check out other nearby beachside restaurants and settled on dinner at The Twins. Everyone was accommodating and we had a lovely time."
