Really friendly staff, beds comfortable, cosy room. We had a luxury room which had french balcony which was great. Central location just a few minutes to all the sights. Bathroom is quite small hence the 4* and not 5* however it did the job and the water was lovwly and warm.

Wonderful staff at front desk! Very friendly and eager to help. Great breakfast was provided by helpful and friendly staff member. Great location, near to restaurants, shopping and groceries.

Need lots of training regarding hospitality!

Front desk staff wasn’t looking pleasant upon arrival although 2 of them available and there were no other guests. They were looking annoyed and unwilling to help, no smile, no welcoming attitude or did not provide necessary information regarding hotel and amenities. They looked like they wanna get rid of us asap so they go back to peaceful quiet desk work. They didn’t greet us, didn’t say welcome, didn’t say hi, didn’t even bother standing up from that cozy chair to reach us. This is a hospitality and service industry and the last thing a guest wants to see an unwelcoming hotel staff with disturbed face. 5 minutes later we we wanted to reach front desk but there were no pamphlet at the room and the phone wasn’t dialing front desk. Internet wasn’t working at all. Room was clean and spotless, breakfast was good and adequate, staff was working so hard to provide enough food for the buffet. Thank you for restaurant and housekeeping staff. Front desk needs lots of training about what hotel business and guest service is all about!

Otel çok gürültülü odalar çok dar ve temizlik yetersizdi. Gece neredeyse hiç uyumadım gürültü ve konfor kalitesi yoktu. Kahvaltıda çoo ceşitlilik yoktu kahve bile yoktu.

otelde 3 arkadaş konakladık. oda 3 kişilik tek kişilik yataklar bulunuyordu ve Bi cam pencere bile yoktu havalandırma çalışmıyordu sanırım odada koku vardı ve asla çıkmadı.2 gece kaldık odamızın temizlenmesini istedik dışarı çıkınca söyledik ama döndüğümüzde oda bıraktığımız gibiydi söylediğimizde de gün içinde temizlenecek dediler temizlenmedi...Odamızın çok küçük olduğunu değişmesini istedik onun da mümkün olmadığını söylediler . penceresi olan 2 kişilik odaya Bi yatak atmalarını talep ettik öyle bir uygulamaları da yokmuş sonrasında başka odadaki kişilere yapıldığına şahit olduk rezalet gerçeten.. ayrıca biz müşteri olarak taleplerimize çok soğuk ve kesin dille Red yedik. Asla çözüm odaklı yaklaşılmadı. odada pencere olmadığından restoran bölümünde oturalım dedik bari onda da organizasyon var dediler.kına gecesi vardı sesten asla uyuyamadık. Hiç memnun kalmadık.Tatilimiz hiç konforlu geçmedi. tavsiye etmiyorum.....

Otel oldukça yeni ve temizdi. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterli ve lezzetliydi. Otel personeli çok güleryüzlü. Odalar biraz küçüktü ama zaten bu odaların görselleri mevcuttu, bilerek tercih ettik otelin bunda bir kusuru olamaz. Tek sorun otelde klima bir süre sonra kapanıyor, kalkıp tekrar açmak gerekiyor. Bu durum üşümemize sebep oldu. Tekrar açınca gayet güzel ısıtıyor fakat bununla uğraşmak saçma geldi. Yine de genel olarak memnun kaldık, tekrar tercih ederim tavsiye de ederim.

Ekonomik oda diye kilerden hallice bir oda bile diyemeyeceğim bir yer verdiler bize, fotoğraftakinin aksine çok dardı. Banyoda 2 adımda bitiyor . Yürürken bir yerlere çarpmayayım diye matrix gibi eğile büküle yürüdüm. Odanın penceresiz olduğunu da oda özelliklerinde en sona farkedilmesin diye yazmışlar. Oda penceresiz, havasız ve rutubetli deyince bu şekilde savunma yapıyorlar. Bir nevi şark kurnazlığı. Eşimin solunum yollarında problem olduğunu söylemesi üzerine de bize maalesef yardımcı olmadılar, orada yazıyordu dediler. Konumun güzelliğinden başka dışarıdan güzel görünen hiçbir şeye aldanmayın. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmem.

Buonasera, volevo segnalarvi un problema avuto con Dadayli Otel - Amasra - Turchia il 23/07/2024. Ho prenotato una notte con voi e dalle foto sembrava una bella stanza ed invece era un buco!!! Tra letto e muro si passava a stento, non c'era spazio per poggiare i bagagli ed il bagno era piccolissimo!!! Dopo aver parlato con la reception sono riuscito ad avere indietro 2000,00 lire turche al cambio 56,00 € e la stessa reception mi ha detto che non potevano restituirmi la vostra commissione, quindi ho perso, grazie a voi, 81,35 (pagato a voi) - 56,00 = 25,35!!!

Odanın penceresi yoktu ve odanın rutubet kokusundan dolayı çok rahatsız olduk. Kahvaltı için restoran alanındaki masalar pis durumdaydı söyledikten sonra masayı sildi personel. Kahvaltı çeşit olarak vasattı ve temiz tabak gelmesi için sıra bekliyor insanlar. Tekrar asla kalmayacağım ve kimseyede tavsiye etmiyorum.

Otelin konumu güzel . İlgi alaka iyiydi . Fakat ekonomik odada cam yoktu ve ufaktı. Kahvaltısı yetersizdi. Fakat temizlik konusunda gerçekten iyi bir otel. Odalarda klima mevcut ama direk yatağın baş kısmına vuruyor. Odamızda cam yoktu fakat sinek vardı yağmurlu bir havada gittik. Personel çok ilgiliydi. Ekonomik oda alıp almadiginiza bakarak gidin.

İyi konumda kötü bir otel.

3 kişilik oda diye verilen oda aşırı küçük ve dar idi. İçinde valiz koyacak ve hareket edecek alan yoktu. Ayrıca oda tamamen kapalı ve havasız idi, hiç açılabilir penceresi yoktu. Kahvaltıda yeterli çeşitlilik olmasına rağmen ürün kalitesi zayıf idi. Mesela kahve yoktu, peynirler yenilebilir kalitede değildi vs.

Haftasonu ıcın gelmıstık otel genel olarak ıyıydı ama otelın genel bılgılerınde otopark var ama gıttıgımızde maalesef buyuk bır problemle karsılastık yoktu otopark park ıcn 25 dk yer aradık onun dısında ıyıydı!!
