The carpet floors were so gross. All of our feet turned brown and even the knees of my toddlers pajamas were stained. Breakfast was good and staff was nice. Location wasn’t bad.

The hotel was nice, had lots of boxes in the hallways but I think they are getting ready for a remodel so that will be nice. The rooms was fine we did have a dirty towel folded so that was gross and the pool was freezing cold but overall the stay was nice.

The toilet paper roll was empty and no extra rolls in bathroom. The body mirror was super dirty with baby handprints on the lower half. There were no towels in bathroom. There was no bedding for the pull out couch. The pull out couch mattress was the worst I’ve ever seen. Nothing but springs. The floor wasn’t swept. Popcorn spilled all in corner. Ice cream splattered all throughout but mainly in front of fridge. Dirty handprints on walls. We reserved for on way home from our trip. Got in late so we didn’t have time to find something else. Room was cute and roomy. Just was not cleaned at all.

Hole in restroom wall. Molding loose from doorframe. Room was not cleaned or sheets changed after first night. East exit door propped open with staff smoking. Multiple butts around door. TV remote working sporadically. Food very bland.

overall pretty good
We have chosen this location several times, there was only one stay that we had a bad experience but that was in covid days. We enjoy staying here, breakfast is good, we couldn't use the pool again which we looked forward to using

Hotel is nice. Buffet Breakfast was wonderful. Rooms were fine. Good WiFi. No bedding for the sofa bed we needed. Didn’t get the accessibility room I asked for. All in all a descent hotel.

Bad review. Will not be staying again.
Room was dirty an hour after my check-in time. Got switched rooms and the next room had someone staying in it. Got switched another room and finally got a decent room. Very dissapointed. Front desk seemed to not be phased by the lack of quality service.

The first room - beds weren’t made had to go to front desk to get a different room- no apology for the inconvenience. We had been on road 8 - 9 hours & it wa late.. breakfast was good. Stayed here in 2021 & it seemed nicer then.

Rooms are nice and spacious and the staff are nice. We picked this hotel to relax for Thanksgiving because they had a hot tub and pool . The hot tub only worked the first night and the pool was disgusting. It had dirt, hair and cigarette butts in it. Did look like it had been cleaned in a very long time! We were very disappointed

Staff were friendly, rooms are spacious, breakfast was good, and there’s a nice grassy area for pets to relieve themselves. That said, the property seemed poorly maintained overall- walls were scuffed all over, a hole in one wall, stains on the shower curtain… it was just an “ok” stay.

Our room had no towel bar or hook in the bathroom for towels. Wall repairs were done but never painted. Lamp on desk did not work. Many of the outlets did not work. The table in the room was disgusting.
