「This was one of our favorite places we stayed in Portugal. The lady who runs this is absolutely wonderful (as well as her pet goat and dogs). She even makes a lovely homemade breakfast, by request, for only 6€ a person. In the morning, we could smell her homemade bread baking. 「Everything was immaculate..big bathroom big bed..felt like a cozy home...big lit wooden fireplaces were inviting and took the chill of the night away.. the hosts were very kind and accommodating..breakfast was full of fresh pastries and fruit」

「Only thing we regret is that we only started one night here as we on the way from Portugal to Spain! We couldn’t say enough about this historical hotel and can’t wait to expect one day we return for the longer stay.
